Chestnut Hill Screen Door I first saw this door when I went to Williamsburg and noticed the practicality of its simple design and function. Finally a screen door that allows air and light to flow through yet gives privacy and protection from weather. With fixed louvers facing down and screen top and bottom on the inside, this 1 3/8" thick door can be made to fit most standard openings and can be custom fitted for special needs. The screens are set into a rabbited cut in front of the upper and lower louvers and removes for easy cleaning. The measurements are 4 1/2" stiles, 4 1/2" top rail, 5 1/2" middle rail and a bottom rail of 8". 1 3/8" thick stock is used and a 1/4" bead on the outside of the door running full length on the inside edge of each stile completes the detail. As with all of our products, West Systems Epoxy is used on all joints and we offer complete painting services.

Bed and Bath, Louvered Doors This is a new addition to our line of louvered doors. This classic design red oak door has 3 1/2" stiles, 8" bottom rail, 7" mid rail and 4" top rail. Louvers are 1 7/8" wide and the thickness is 1 3/8". It can be used for any interior opening to allow light and air while still offering privacy. We also offer custom sizes to fit your particular needs and other solid hardwoods. Cherry, maple, pine, mahogany, etc…

Oriental Privacy Screens Here is our version of the Shoji screen but with our own louvered style. Each screen is made with 1 3/8" X 1 3/8" stiles and 2 1/2" bottom and middle rails. We gently curve the top rail and middle rails. Narrow louvers are set closely together and each screen has tapered legs. This unit usually comes with three screens but can have four for wider openings or wall spaces. They are painted either black or Chinese red lacquer.

Screens come in 12", 14" 16" or 18" width and 4, 5, or 6 foot tall. These screens can add beauty and charm to any room or wall and can create a space where none existed before. Call us for more details on any of these new products.
